		<description>Very entertaining - these talkshows are timely and good value!
I, for one, would appreciate a little more analysis on these key topics which are so contentious...
Especially the role of land/property not as the dynamic force causing a bust but in a recovery - in your Henry George economic view...it leads the cycle down but does it necessarily lead the cycle back up or can something else take over?
