    Very entertaining – these talkshows are timely and good value!
    I, for one, would appreciate a little more analysis on these key topics which are so contentious…
    Especially the role of land/property not as the dynamic force causing a bust but in a recovery – in your Henry George economic view…it leads the cycle down but does it necessarily lead the cycle back up or can something else take over?
    Again, good work and thanks to the team there.
